Malicious Prosecution

This is a moral universe, which means that despite all the evidence
to the contrary, there is no way evil and injustice and oppression and lies
can have the last word. That is what has upheld the morale
of our people, to know that in the end, good will prevail.

“When a tantalizing, anonymous e-mail message
addressed to detective@sbsheriff.org arrived
in Anderson’s office, his deputies pounced.

Referring to an attachment that contained
photos of Jackson posing with teenage boys
(two of whom were near shirtless), the writer
noted, “I don’t know who took the photos,
probably his personal photographer, but they
don’t look like any Sears portraits I’ve seen.”

Thomas Sneddon

Thomas Sneddon

“While it is obvious that District Attorney Tom Sneddon has a vendetta against Michael Jackson, there are  other allegations of abuse on Sneddon’s part that have been ignored by the mainstream media. The following people have accused Sneddon and his employees of malicious prosecution, conspiracy abuse of power and civil rights violations.

And these are just the cases that have been made public…” Read more.

“About Neverland: “But Michael…after having it raided three times by the cops to no avail for them, it shook him. He was living there up until the trial, and continued to live there during the trial, but just before the trial, they got a search warrant and went back out, allegedly because they wanted to find as-built plans for the house.

And they could have asked us and we would have given them to him. They could have made a motion in court and we would have given them to him. They could have gone down to the archives and got them. But it was just an excuse to go out and raid it one more time.

They roused him early in the morning, and his kids were there, and after that he said, ‘I don’t think I can live here anymore.’ And it was a shame.

He had his tree. He would go up in this tree, and he wrote some of his songs there. It’s kind of like a historic place, but for him it was a very personal place.” Read more.

 Macaulay Culkin:
Jackson Never Molested Me

 Calling the allegations against Jackson
“absolutely ridiculous,”
Macaulay Culkin told jurors that staying over
at Jackson’s Neverland Ranch was “good old fun.”

Culkin acknowledged sleeping in Jackson’s bed
a dozen or more times between the ages of 9 and 14,
but insisted nothing of a sexual nature
ever happened between the two.

“I’ve fallen asleep in the same bed with him,”
Culkin said. “I’d just flop down.”
